At Astro-Tech Lab, we strive to deliver premium cosmic insights, professional software items, and professional educational resources. Since we deal in customized digital reports, real-time live consultations, and digital code licenses, please review our refund and cancellation policies outlined below.

1. Astrological Consulting & Reports

• Astrology Reports: Once a personalized astrology report (e.g., Vedic natal analysis, KP sub-lord configuration, Vastu assessment) has been compiled, sent, or made available for download via your order ID, no refunds will be issued. These documents are customized specifically to your planetary birth configurations.
• Live Audio/Video Consultations:
  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session, you must submit a request at least 2 hours prior to the slot.
  • If the consultant (Dr. Suhas Rokde) cancels the consultation due to unforeseen events, you will be issued a full refund of the virtual credits or paid amount.
  • No-shows without prior notice of at least 2 hours will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

2. Custom Software & Tech Deliverables

• Cancellation of software designs and web developments are subject to the terms of your signed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Any custom software milestone that has already been developed and submitted for client review is non-refundable.
• For digital template files and downloadable software scripts from our digital library, all sales are final once download tokens are issued.

3. Virtual Wallet Balance

• All manual top-ups done via UPI to your Astro-Tech virtual wallet represent pre-paid credits.
• Once top-up requests are verified via UTR numbers and credited to your account profile, the virtual credits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn back to a bank account or credit card. They can only be utilized for services and gifts on the Astro-Tech Lab portal.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund or cancellation:

2. Include your transaction reference ID, order tracking ID, registered email, and reason for refund.
3. Our finance ledger team will review the request and respond within 3 to 5 business days. Eligible refunds are credited within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment source.
