This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how Astro-Tech Lab delivers astrological reports, custom software files, digital gifts, and consulting session links. Because we do not deal in physical merchandise, all assets are delivered electronically.
1. Physical Shipping and Logistics
Astro-Tech Lab does NOT package, ship, or deliver physical goods. There are no physical shipping warehouses, shipping couriers, tracking numbers, or custom duties involved in our business model. Consequently, you will never be charged shipping fees or customs duties on this platform.
2. Astrological Report Delivery
- Format: Astrological reports and charts are compiled into PDF files.
- Delivery Location: Reports are linked directly to your Order Tracking ID in the Client Portal on our website.
- Method: Once Dr. Suhas Rokde compiles your analysis, the file is uploaded to our secure store. A cryptographic download token is generated, allowing you to fetch your file securely.
- Timeline: Report delivery typically takes 48 to 72 hours from the moment you submit complete birth details (date, place, and time) and your UPI top-up is verified.
3. Live Consulting Access
- Method: Live consulting rooms (audio/video calls or real-time text chat) are launched directly on our platform.
- Delivery Timeline: Sessions are accessible instantly at the scheduled appointment time. You will receive real-time notifications in your client portal and via email once the consultant activates your session.
4. Custom Software & Tech Assets
- Method: Custom software source code, specifications, database schemas, and digital template designs are delivered electronically via secure online repositories (e.g., Git repositories like GitHub) or as secure zip package downloads.
- Timeline: Custom software deliveries follow the milestone dates specified in your individual development contract.
5. Digital Gifts & E-Books
- All items purchased from our digital store are processed immediately.
- Once your wallet balance is deducted, download tokens are generated, enabling instant download of your items directly from the "Gifts" page.
